Job summary

FormativGroup, LLC's Salesforce Practice seeks an experienced Salesforce Project Manager for Public Sector initiatives. This remote role in the U.S. (with potential travel) focuses on GovCloud and Enterprise Salesforce deployments that modernize government operations and service delivery.

You will oversee full project lifecycles, manage budgets and resources, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement with executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• PM with PMP certification and 5+ years leading enterprise Salesforce projects.
• Proven Public Sector and Government Cloud delivery experience.
• 8+ years of Agile software delivery across multiple disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Government Cloud/Public Sector implementations.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and client relationships.
• Coordinate multi-cloud initiatives and distributed delivery teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance across stakeholders.
