Curana Health is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Administrator to own and advance our Salesforce ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of technology and business, partnering with stakeholders to drive platform enhancements and shape Salesforce direction across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration in complex environments.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM environments including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Healthcare Cloud.
• Proficient in Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Security & Permissions, Reporting & Dashboards, Data Governance & Data Quality.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and steward the Salesforce platform, ensuring it remains scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
• Manage admin tasks: user access, security, permissions, flows, validation rules, reporting, dashboards, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to gather requirements and design solutions that improve processes.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations and enhancements.
• Support governance, data quality initiatives, and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and leadership to build a strategic Salesforce roadmap.
• Evaluate and implement new Salesforce capabilities and integrations to improve efficiency.
• Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems; troubleshoot issues.
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives including automation, campaigns, journeys, and data management.
• Participate in expansion of Salesforce capabilities across the organization.
