Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce FSC Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. You will lead architecture, governance, and customer-focused outcomes while collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
In this remote US role, you will work with teams across Johnstown and Boston preferences, ensuring security, best practices, and a strong mentoring culture.
Qualifications
- Strong FSC and OmniStudio expertise, incl OmniScripts, DataRaptors, integration procedures.
- Hands-on Apex, LWC, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs and integration architecture.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience with Copado, Jira, Confluence, and monitoring.
- Experience leading teams with strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture and design.
- Design and implement FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Build onboarding, servicing, engagement journeys using OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Journey Builder.
- Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external systems.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and mentoring.
