Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce FSC Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for Banking/Financial Services. You will lead architecture governance and mentor teams, applying FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud to customer journeys and integrations.
The role offers a remote US-based work setup with preference for Johnstown and Boston. Competitive compensation and Cognizant benefits accompany discretionary incentives based on performance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Salesforce FSC and OmniStudio.
- Hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration architecture.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience with scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Copado deployments, Jira, Confluence, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience leading teams and providing technical solutions with governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture and solution design.
- Design and implement solutions using FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud.
- Build onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Journey Builder.
- Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external banking systems.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and best practices while providing technical leadership.
