Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce FSC Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable FSC solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. You will provide technical leadership, governance, and hands-on architecture guidance to delivery teams.

The role is remote for qualified US applicants, with preference for candidates in Johnstown and Boston. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $180,000 per year, plus an incentive program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Salesforce FSC and OmniStudio certifications are a plus.
Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred.
Certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect are desirable.
Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
Wealth management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture and solution design.
Design and implement FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
Build onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Journey Builder.
Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external banking systems.
Ensure security, governance, and best practices while providing technical leadership and governance.
