Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce FSC Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. You will lead architecture, governance, and customer-focused delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.

Role emphasizes FSC, OmniStudio, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns, with strong emphasis on security, mentoring, and technical leadership. Remote role open to US applicants; Johnstown and Boston preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Salesforce FSC and OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration architecture.
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience with ability to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Copado deployments, Jira, Confluence, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading teams and providing technical solutions with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture and solution design.
• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud.
• Build onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Journey Builder.
• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external banking systems.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, mentoring, and architecture governance.
