Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and front-end development.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and integrating user-facing components with CRM workflows.
• Experience with responsive design, mobile-first development, and WCAG accessibility.
• Strong collaboration skills in an Agile environment across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain user interfaces and workflows within Salesforce for high-quality, responsive UX.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business analysts, admins, back-end developers and UI/UX designers.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshoot to ensure quality and stability.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and evaluate impact on the organization.
• Support system upgrades, releases, patches, and post-implementation support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
