Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites with front-end and back-end tasks. This remote role collaborates with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions aligning with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of web development experience, strong accessibility and performance optimization skills, and experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Jira in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, design, or related field.
• 3+ years designing and developing websites or web applications.
• Experience building accessible web content to WCAG standards with testing/remediation.
• Responsive design and performance optimization for low-bandwidth conditions.
• Experience with a CMS or web publishing platform.
• Experience with web analytics implementation.
• Ability to move content through staging to Production.
• Experience working in an Agile team using Jira.
• Camera on during interviews and standups.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the public website, student portal, and student support pages on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Digital Experiences.
• Keep site content aligned to the Academic Catalog and enrollment changes.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, custom pages, templates, and branding within Experience Cloud.
• Own Section 508 and WCAG conformance across all pages; audit, remediate, document.
• Implement and maintain responsive layouts for low-bandwidth environments.
• Configure and maintain web analytics, including DAP tracking, and report on performance.
• Support marketing and communications campaigns, including landing pages and templates.
• Build and expand Tier 0 self-service content and chatbot-supported pages.
• Support Education Cloud migration with component updates and data model alignment.
• Manage content and code through sandboxes to Production on a 3-week release cadence.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, data, and student support teams on portal features.
