Fuze Health Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. You will integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure data integrity across the platform.

The role emphasizes best practices, security, and collaboration with stakeholders in an Agile environment. Demonstrated experience with Sales/Service Cloud and AWS integration is preferred; a Platform Developer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
• Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AWS platform development preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; II a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations (objects, fields, validation rules, Flows).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP and other APIs.
• Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.
• Participate in all phases of SDLC and provide post-implementation support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and code quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform maintenance.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and propose improvements.
• Contribute in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and standups.
