Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions that integrate with other business systems. You will work with cross-functional teams, emphasizing security and best practices while delivering scalable, efficient Salesforce apps.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field required.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex/Visualforce/LWC/JavaScript skills and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with AWS platform development is preferred.
• Familiar with GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps Center.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement declarative customizations including objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP and APIs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity on Salesforce.
• Participate in SDLC and provide post-implementation support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and stay current with Salesforce features; work in Agile/Scrum.
