Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

You will integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP and lead data migrations with strong focus on security and compliance. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, experience with Sales and Service Cloud, and a collaborative mindset in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools and data model/security.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD; DevOps Center experience is a plus.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations: objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and Apex.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and various tools.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity in Salesforce.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from design to post-implementation support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform maintenance.
• Stay current with new Salesforce features and suggest improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and stand-ups.
