Fuze Health is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions, integrating with AWS services and critical business systems. The role requires 3+ years in Salesforce Dev, expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow, REST/SOAP, and a Platform Developer I cert.

You will work in an Agile team to deliver secure, scalable health-tech solutions. Location: Remote across the U.S.; salary range $131,000 - $164,000; full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
• Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript proficiency.
• AWS platform development knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data and security models.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
• GitHub, CI/CD; DevOps Center familiarity.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; II is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement declarative customizations such as objects, fields, validation rules, Flows, and Apex.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC with post-implementation support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security.
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing Salesforce support.
• Stay current with Salesforce features and improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
