Fuze Health is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will implement declarative and programmatic customizations, integrate with external systems, and ensure data integrity and security in a regulated health data environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, work in an Agile/Scrum setup, and stay current with Salesforce features while maintaining code quality and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript skills.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
• GitHub and CI/CD pipelines; DevOps Center familiarity.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; II is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations: objects, fields, rules, Flows, Apex.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity on the platform.
• Participate in all SDLC phases including design, testing, deployment, support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security.
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing Salesforce platform support.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and stand-ups.
