Job summary

Fuze Health is actively seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow, with emphasis on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud integration with AWS.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs, ensure data integrity and security, and participate in Agile/Scrum processes while leveraging GitHub/CI/CD tools for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred; REST/SOAP APIs.
• GitHub and CI/CD experience; DevOps Center familiarity.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement declarative customizations: objects, fields, validation rules, Flows, Apex.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP; manage data migrations.
• Participate in SDLC activities from design to post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing Salesforce platform maintenance.
• Stay current with new Salesforce features; drive improvements.
• Work in Agile/Scrum with sprint planning, stand-ups, and retros.
