Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical designs, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with proven Sales Cloud/Service Cloud expertise and strong API integration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps Center.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using various integration tools and APIs - REST, SOAP, Batch jobs
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines - we work with patient health data so this is of the highest priority.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
