ManpowerGroup, a leading global workforce solutions company, is recruiting a Salesforce Developer II for a remote role. You will design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver scalable integrations.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, with a track record in CI/CD and GitHub workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Familiarity with Github for version control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Implement and manage CI/CD processes to ensure efficient code deployment.
• Use Github for version control, ensuring code integrity and collaboration with other developers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
