Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure secure, scalable integrations with other critical business systems, including AWS services.

A focus on patient data security and best practices is essential. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, expertise in Sales and Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript skills.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Experience with Health Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations like custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support.
• Stay current with Salesforce features and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AWS services.
