Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and AWS knowledge.
• Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement declarative customizations and data models in Salesforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all SDLC phases and support post- deployment tasks.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and DevOps processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing Salesforce platform support.
• Stay updated with Salesforce features and propose improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and stand-ups.
