Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow. You will integrate with external systems, migrate data, and support the platform within an Agile team.

The role requires 3+ years of Salesforce experience, Sales/Service Cloud expertise, and Salesforce certifications. You will uphold security standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using various integration tools and APIs - REST, SOAP, Batch jobs
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines - we work with patient health data so this is of the highest priority.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
