Fuze Health is hiring a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop and implement robust Salesforce solutions, integrating with AWS services and other critical business systems. The role emphasizes security, best practices, and data integrity while supporting an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience, and Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript skills.
• AWS platform development knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• GitHub and CI/CD experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I cert required; II a plus.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer certs.
• Experience with Health Cloud/Experience Cloud.
• HTML/CSS familiarity.
• Testing frameworks within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Maintain declarative customizations: objects, fields, validation rules, Flows, Apex.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST, SOAP, Batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in all SDLC phases: design, dev, test, deploy, support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing Salesforce support.
• Stay up-to-date and implement feature improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with the team.
