Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer for a 12-month contract. The role is remote with occasional on-site visits (1–2x per month) and preferred proximity to Schwab offices (Austin, Dallas, Denver, or similar).

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of Salesforce development, hands-on Apex, and Lightning Web Components expertise to a mid-sized Scrum team building a greenfield project supporting Sales Cloud. Strong communication and Atlassian tool experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce development experience
• Experience building Lightning Web Components from scratch
• Strong Apex experience
• Experience supporting Sales Cloud
• Experience using Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) in an Agile environment
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification (or equivalent)
• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience
• Prior Salesforce implementation experience and brokerage/financial industry familiarity

Responsibilities

A large fintech company is looking for a Sr Salesforce Developer to join their team immediately. This individual will be joining a mid-sized Scrum team (1 Tech Lead, 2 Salesforce QAs, 4 Salesforce Developers, PO, BSA, Scrum Master) supporting a greenfield project focused on offering a new way for users to pick and select indexes. The team is performing integrations from Apex to LWC and would like someone with prior experience building these solutions. This is a long-term opportunity starting as a 12-month contract with the possibility of extensions. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates located near a Schwab office (Austin, Dallas, Denver, or similar) and ability to go onsite 1-2x a month.

Pay Rate: $50-65/hour depending on experience

5+ years of Salesforce development experience (hands-on coding, not just configuration).
