We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 8–9 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on programmer responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, integrating Salesforce with internal platforms and infrastructure, and collaborating with development leads and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end Salesforce CRM solutions.

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using LWC, Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce.

Design solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box features, custom configurations, and code.

Integrate Salesforce with internal platforms and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Use Git-based or other CI/CD workflows and DevOps tools to manage deployments.

Utilize GitHub Copilot and similar GenAI tools to improve developer productivity.

Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.

Troubleshoot, debug, refactor, and optimize existing applications.

Collaborate with distributed development teams, technical leads, and architecture teams.

Participate in requirements analysis, application testing, deployment, and technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

8–9 years of Salesforce Development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.

Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and out-of-the-box capabilities.

Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools, such as Flosum and Jenkins.

Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata API and ANT Migration Tool.

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce Workbench.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and application design.

Experience using Copilot or similar GenAI development tools.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Skills:

Experience in Wealth Management or financial services.

Experience working with data teams to import and export large volumes of Salesforce data.

Knowledge of Salesforce products and integration capabilities.

Familiarity with Agile methodology, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and software design patterns.

Experience testing and deploying applications across multiple teams.

Ability to revise, update, refactor, and debug code to improve existing software.

Experience maintaining technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing deadlines.
