Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to lead day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce environment in Chicago.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design data models, implement Lightning Flows and LWCs, manage data migrations with Data Loader, and mentor junior admins.

The role emphasizes security, governance, and staying current with Salesforce releases; minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (case management).
• Experience designing and building complex Salesforce Flows.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
• Working knowledge of Apex for declarative vs. custom development.
• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce Administrator certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Oversee configuration, enhancement and management of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to align with business needs.
• Design and implement data models by creating custom objects, fields, relationships and record types to support scalable business processes.
• Design and implement complex lightning flows, LWCs, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning pages.
• Develop, optimize and maintain dashboards & reports to provide actionable insights and track key performance metrics.
• Manage data migration activities using Data Loader and other ETL tools to import/maintain large datasets with accuracy.
• Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and security.
• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configuration, processes, and user training.
• Conduct regular data audits, cleansing, and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements.
• Lead the integration of Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to end-users and junior administrators to enhance their Salesforce proficiency.
