Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade Data Cloud solutions. The role combines deep technical delivery with commercial impact and includes ownership of 1–2 strategic accounts.

You will architect end-to-end solutions, lead integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem, and mentor a team of architects and engineers while contributing to thought leadership in EPAM's Data Cloud practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture, analytics, or the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud — identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture — CDM, dimensional modeling, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles — pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting.
• A player-coach mindset: design architecture and write/review Data Cloud configurations and SQL-based insights.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions — ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Design scalable data models, governance frameworks, and integration patterns across real-time and batch pipelines.
• Lead technical integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem and third-party platforms.
• Build and optimize Tableau dashboards that turn complex data into clear business decisions.
• Define analytics strategies aligned to client use cases — customer 360, marketing performance, sales intelligence.
• Partner with sales and GTM teams on pre-sales, demos, and RFP responses — you move deals forward, not just answer technical questions.
• Act as a trusted client advisor on data transformation strategy and the Salesforce Data Cloud roadmap; senior technical point of contact for 1–2 strategic accounts.
• Build accelerators and framework blocks to sharpen pursuits.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and analysts; contribute to EPAM's Data Cloud thought leadership.
