Job summary

CCS Companies is seeking a Salesforce Development Engineer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions powering core business processes. You will implement Apex, LWC, and SOQL, lead end-to-end development, and collaborate across teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of hands-on development experience in Java, JavaScript, Python and Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
• Strong object‑oriented programming, front-end frameworks, and SQL.
• Experience building/integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
• Architect scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead end-to-end development cycles: design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term improvements.
• Contribute to code reviews, standards, and best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem tools.
