Job summary

Tech Mirrors in Cary, NC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a 6+ month onsite engagement. The role emphasizes Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and integration work to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

You will build triggers, classes, batch jobs, and tests; create Lightning Web Components, design efficient SOQL/SOSL, ensure security and data access, and collaborate with DevOps for deployments. Onsite only.

Qualifications

Apex classes, triggers, test classes, queueable jobs, and invocable services.
Lightning Web Components for UI pages and Experience Cloud apps.
Write bulk-safe SOQL/SOSL and optimize query design.
Understand org-wide defaults, sharing rules, and field-level security.
Experience with deployment tools, source control, and sandboxes.
Assess requirements and decide between Flow, config, Apex, LWC, or API integrations.
Review security, data access, and enforce least privilege.
Document data models, integrations, and deployment steps.
Troubleshoot production defects and implement fixes within release paths.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, test classes, queueable and scheduled jobs.
Create Lightning Web Components for record pages and app pages.
Write bulk-friendly SOQL/SOSL with careful DML placement.
Support declarative automation by reviewing Flow conditions and risks.
Develop REST or event-based integrations with external systems.
Use Salesforce CLI, Git, scratch orgs, and PRs in the release process.
Ensure object permissions and field security in Apex and Lightning components.
Create technical docs for data model changes and deployment steps.
Investigate defects, read debug logs, identify root cause, and ship fixes.
