TechTorch is seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant to lead configuration, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) for complex business needs. You will work with clients, steer deployments, and ensure best-practice adoption across projects.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, CPQ configuration, and post-deployment training and support, leveraging tools like DocuSign and Conga to enhance automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Sales Cloud.
• Salesforce CPQ deployment configuration and implementation expertise.
• Proficient with Salesforce automation tools (Flows) and complex CPQ configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business needs for Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Lead Salesforce CPQ configuration and deployment efforts.
• Use Flows and price rules to optimize business processes.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for performance and security.
• Provide post-deployment client support and training to drive adoption.
• Maintain clear technical and business documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce CPQ features and related tools (DocuSign, Conga).
