Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Previous experience as a Solution Architect on enterprise Salesforce programmes.
• Strong understanding of retail execution, field sales, merchandising, order capture, and consumer goods business processes.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Consumer Goods Cloud Accreditation or relevant implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops and guide project delivery.
• Create high-level and detailed designs, docs, and roadmaps.
• Work with architects, developers, BAs, and PMs to ensure delivery.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security, and maintainability.
• Advise clients through implementation and post-go-live optimization.
