Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own administration and the Conga/Excel document stack. You will manage users, permissions, flows, and approvals, while maintaining templates with X-Author and supporting a complex underwriting model in Excel.

Knowledge of Conga CLM and document workflows is essential, with strong English fluency. This is a 100% remote role offering competitive USD or local currency compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce administration.
• Strong Conga Composer expertise.
• Admin-level Salesforce with declarative configuration.
• Experience with X-Author for templates.
• Experience with Conga CLM and document workflows.
• Excellent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce administration: users, permissions, flows, approvals.
• Maintain Conga Composer for document generation.
• Author and maintain templates with X-Author.
• Support an Excel-based underwriting model with complex formulas.
• Provide day-to-day Conga CLM support.
• Handle template management, version control, and approvals.
