BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own administration and the Conga/Excel document stack. You will manage users, permissions, flows, and approvals, while maintaining templates with X-Author and supporting a complex underwriting model in Excel.

Knowledge of Conga CLM and document workflows is essential, with strong English fluency. This is a 100% remote role offering competitive USD or local currency compensation and flexible hours.

Salesforce Conga Administrator at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own Salesforce administration plus the document stack built on top of it, managing Conga Composer, CLM, and X-Author in a unique dual capacity—both authoring templates AND running an Excel-based underwriting model with heavy formulas that bulk-writes back to Salesforce. Working with complex Excel logic and document workflows, you'll maintain critical business systems that require a controls mindset and attention to regulatory requirements. What You'll Do

• Manage Salesforce administration including users, permissions, flows, and approvals.
• Maintain and optimize Conga Composer for document generation.

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Conga CLM.
