Job summary

BlueHippo is seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions for a client using Conga for document generation and CLM/CPQ as applicable.

You will design, build and troubleshoot approval flows, manage Milestones for SLA adherence, and ensure clean Account ownership and secure sharing across systems. Strong English communication is required for direct collaboration with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud development.
• Hands-on Conga experience: Composer, CLM/CPQ.
• Deep knowledge of Accounts and Account ownership: hierarchies, ownership transfer and sharing impacts.
• Solid understanding of how approval flows work: approval processes, flow-based approvals.
• Understanding of Milestones: setup, time-based actions, SLA/violation handling.
• Experience supporting integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, data sync.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance Sales Cloud solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and Flows.
• Build and maintain Conga solutions: Composer templates and document generation; CLM/CPQ configuration.
• Design, build and troubleshoot approval flows: multi-step routing, escalations, approvals.
• Configure and support Milestones: time triggers, SLA enforcement and actions.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Own the Account model: hierarchies, ownership transfer, sharing rules.
• Configure and tune the security model: OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules.
