Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Change Management Consultant to guide digital and cloud transformations for diverse clients across the United States. You will design change strategies, lead adoption efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years in consulting or related fields, strong communication, and deep Salesforce experience. Travel up to 25% may be involved; remote work is available, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in general management/software consulting preferred
• Experience related to the successful delivery of change management work including: change assessments, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, change impact analysis, education, communications, training, user adoption, change measurements, and sustainment
• Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops

Responsibilities

• Develop change strategies enabling digital and organizational transformations and cloud based technology implementations.
• Be a champion of change on projects with customers across various practices.
• Strategically collaborate with customers to determine the best approach to user adoption.
• Train customers on the solutions we’ve built and how to best implement change within their organization.
• Work alongside superusers to give users a voice in the implementation.
• Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches and train and mentor our team as required.
• Understand client's culture, business strategies, and associated organizational change management opportunities and challenges.
• Approach organizational change with proven methodologies and understanding of behavioral drivers.
• Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and consulting partners.
• Support a growing practice and thrive in a fast-paced environment, aiding opportunities and client relationships.
