Job summary

Saltbox Mgmt Inc. is seeking a Salesforce B2B Commerce Engagement Director to lead strategic client engagements, drive solution architecture, and ensure successful outcomes across Salesforce implementations.

This role oversees a team of Principal Consultants and leverages our AI platform (S1) to accelerate innovation and value creation. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Salesforce consulting and enterprise-scale implementation experience, with strong executive communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce consulting, solution architecture and engagement leadership experience delivering solutions for external clients.
• Deep expertise leading Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations and architecting enterprise-scale solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management to influence decisions and build credibility with senior client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Success by leading pre-sales, discovery, solution architecture, estimation and delivery planning to translate objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions delivering measurable value.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Principal Consultants with billable revenue and delivery excellence.
• Own engagement delivery, governance, architecture reviews, and successful outcomes across scope, timeline, budget, and client expectations.
• Leverage AI-powered capabilities to accelerate solution design, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Project Managers, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and client leadership to enable successful outcomes.
