Qualifications

• 8+ years of software testing, QA, and test automation.
• Hands-on testing of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Experience building automation scripts from scratch with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute end-to-end Salesforce test automation frameworks and test suites across multiple Scrum teams.
• Create automation test scripts from scratch using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, and API testing tools.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and QA to devise testing strategies, validate user stories, and automate regression testing.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, UI, API, and performance testing; document results and defects in JIRA.
• Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.
