Job summary

CDW is seeking a Lead Salesforce Solution Architect to provide deep technical leadership for transformative Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to capture requirements, design robust architectures, and socialize a compelling vision for final implementations.

You will also prototype solutions, ensure native platform best practices, and guide integration with other CDW apps and systems, enabling scalable, cost-efficient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or related field required; strong cloud and architecture background.
• 10+ years delivering software with leadership in lifecycle management.
• 5+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect with hands-on practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and provide strong leadership on Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable designs.
• Develop prototypes/POCs and socialize the technical vision for buy-in.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability and performance.
• Guide integration with external products and middleware platforms.
• Contribute to program roadmaps and architectural governance.
• Mentor teams on Salesforce CPQ, PSA, and related modules.
• Drive adoption and rationalize technology landscape for cost efficiency.
