Ladders is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect for a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This role shapes architecture and development standards for the Salesforce ecosystem, aligning the platform with commercial priorities and operational stability.

You will partner with business leaders, technical teams, and external collaborators to translate needs into scalable platform solutions. The position also owns governance for AI capabilities, data models, integration patterns, and ongoing

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Sales Cloud and deep Salesforce architecture expertise.
Hands-on AI implementation experience on Salesforce.
Proven leadership in managing Salesforce teams and partners.
Strong understanding of data governance and integration architectures.
Advanced Salesforce architect certifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical architect for Salesforce, defining architecture and development standards.
Collaborate with the Certinia team on data models and integration patterns for seamless architecture.
Translate commercial priorities into actionable platform solutions with business leaders.
Lead AI capability design and governance on the Salesforce platform.
Evolve the platform with seasonal releases and manage the backlog for various teams.
Oversee service desk operations and enhance platform stability and user experience.
Govern best practices and integration methods across platforms.
