Job summary

GoodPower is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join the Product Engineering and Data Team. You will manage day-to-day Salesforce configuration, support data hygiene, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement requirements.

You will lead training, promote best practices, and ensure reliable integrations with other systems while maintaining clear documentation and user support.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Salesforce experience in nonprofit fundraising context or similar.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality; experience configuring fields, page layouts, flows, automation, reports and dashboards.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into written requirements and working with developers/contractors to deliver and test them.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Salesforce system administrator and handle day-to-day configuration, including user accounts, roles, fields, flows, automations, and reports.
• Maintain data quality across Salesforce and related systems with validation rules, deduplication, and audits.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to leadership needs and requirements.
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce user administration and support, including access and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and guides.
