Jobgether is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to design, optimize, and manage a Salesforce environment supporting a mission-driven organization. You will drive automation, data quality, security, and governance while collaborating with internal teams, partners, and vendors across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Flow, security, and platform maintenance.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations and integrations.
• Strong requirement gathering, testing, and change management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including Flows and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions for UX improvements.
• Manage Salesforce security: roles, profiles, permissions, sharing, OWOD.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct, Make.com, FormAssembly, Apsona.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors on cross-platform features.
• Develop test plans, manage sandboxes, and oversee change control.
• Lead training sessions and workshops for North America staff.
• Drive data hygiene initiatives and user data management training.
• Document configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and propose enhancements.
