Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Salesforce System Administrator to optimize the Salesforce environment, safeguard data, and streamline business processes. You’ll lead platform configuration, automate workflows, and manage access, security, and integrations for a global remote team.

We value strong English skills and a track record of 4+ years in Salesforce administration, with hands-on experience in flows, validation rules, and data management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in platform administration, configuration, and user management.
• Experience building and managing Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Strong background in managing profiles, permissions, and data security.
• Hands-on experience with data management and system integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform to support evolving business needs and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement complex automation workflows using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access and system security by overseeing profiles, permission sets, and organizational sharing rules.
• Oversee data integrity and management practices, including regular audits and cleanup activities.
• Support and maintain system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders to maximize user adoption.
