Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and act as the liaison between stakeholders and the system to ensure seamless user management and data integrity.

You will configure objects, automate processes, manage users and security, and oversee data imports, cleansing, and reporting to drive key business metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM-focused role.
• Proficiency in platform administration, configuration, and user management.
• Hands-on experience building Salesforce flows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Experience with data management, security protocols, and platform integrations.
• Strong background in optimizing Salesforce to meet business needs and improve user efficiency.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to reflect workflows.
• Design and implement automation using Salesforce flows and validation rules to streamline processes.
• Manage user lifecycle, profiles, roles, permission sets, and organization-wide defaults.
