BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce Admin to maintain and optimize our Salesforce CRM, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring seamless user management and data integrity.

You will configure objects, automate processes with flows, manage security, and oversee data quality, reporting, and integrations in a fully remote, globally oriented team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM role.
• Strong experience with platform administration, configuration, and user management.
• Proficiency in building and managing Salesforce flows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Hands-on data management, security, and platform integrations.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to reflect organizational workflows.
• Design and implement advanced automation solutions using Salesforce flows and validation rules to streamline business processes.
• Manage user lifecycle and security, including the setup of profiles, roles, permission sets, and organization-wide defaults.
• Oversee data management activities such as data imports, cleansing, and regular audits to maintain high accuracy and reliability.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into key business metrics and performance.
• Facilitate platform integrations and support users through troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous system improvements.

As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform.
