Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to configure and manage Salesforce orgs, optimize performance, and enable data visibility using no-code and low-code tools.

You'll design automations with Flows, manage users and permissions, build reports and dashboards, and ensure data hygiene while supporting stakeholders across our global, 100% remote team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration or related role.
• Expertise in configuring and managing Salesforce orgs using no-code and low-code tools.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Salesforce flows, validation rules, and automation.
• Hands-on experience in user administration, reports, and dashboard management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
