Job summary

KitBash3D LLC is seeking a freelance Salesforce Administrator to lead a modernization project in our Sales Cloud org and provide ongoing support. The role collaborates with the COO to translate business requirements into configuration, updating sales processes, and integrating tools like Maxio and PandaDocs.

The engagement spans three phases, starting with discovery and design, then future-state implementation, followed by ongoing support.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud admin/consulting experience in small to mid-sized companies
Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin a plus
Strong Flow skills and a declarative-first mindset; configure before code
Comfortable working directly with an executive stakeholder and explaining tradeoffs
Disciplined about documentation and change control
Bonus: experience with multi-brand orgs, B2B+B2C sales motions, or marketplace/creator businesses

Responsibilities

Audit and document the current org state
Set up a safe change process with sandbox and deployment practice
Gather and refine requirements for ArtStation/Sketchfab workflows into production-ready configuration (record types, layouts, fields, Flows)
Scope and document Salesforce integrations (e.g., Maxio, PandaDocs) including data mapping and sync rules
Modernize the user experience with Lightning pages and Dynamic Forms
Automate repetitive manual work with Flows
Evaluate AppExchange apps with cost/tradeoff considerations
Lead data cleanup including deduplication and validation rules
