*Must be able to travel to Philadelphia occasionally.*

Qualifications:
  • 3 years of sales/consultant experience
  • Experience creating sales strategies and implementations
  • Experience analyzing data to improve performance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree preferred
Description

We are seeking a skilled/experienced sales strategy consultant to improve our sales tactics and increase our win rate. The consultant will work closely with our resilience services team to analyze current sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement/document effective strategies. Much of the foundational work has already been completed; this is an action-oriented role to critically analyze our current process and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess Current Sales Processes:
    • Critically review existing sales strategies, processes, and client engagement methods (internal and external).
    • Identify strengths and areas for improvement.
    • Report current status.
  2. Develop Targeted Sales Tactics:
    • Collaborate with the RS team to create targeted sales strategies and tactics aimed at improving win rates, including:
    • Internal and External Lead Generation (direct with clients, through brokers, cold calling, internal awareness raising with underwriters/risk engineering)
    • Review and enhance sales pitch and presentation materials (for different sales channels, focusing on differentiators and urgency)
    • Objection handling
    • Define a follow-up process
    • Propose innovative approaches for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  3. Performance Metrics:
    • Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness of strategies.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Provide regular updates and reports on progress and recommendations for adjustments.
    • Create comprehensive documentation of strategies and lessons learned.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment length. Possible benefits include:
