Kendall FL Auto is seeking a Remote Sales Support Coordinator to assist the sales team with order processing, record keeping, and customer communication. This fully remote position offers flexible hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern.

You will handle orders from request to completion, keep documentation up to date, and coordinate with the finance team on invoices. No cold calls are involved, and a reliable home office setup is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
• Reliable internet and a remote workspace.
• Customer service, sales, admin, or call center experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Process and track sales orders from initial request to completion.
• Keep all documentation accurate, organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
• Track and record payment details, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies when necessary.
• Work with the finance team to monitor invoices and maintain accurate payment records.
