About the Role:

We’re seeking a persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated Remote Sales Representative to help homeowners across New Jersey improve their energy efficiency and reduce monthly utility costs. In this fully remote role, you’ll conduct virtual consultations, explain cost-saving solutions, and guide customers through the process of upgrading their home systems through energy rebate programs and efficiency services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual sales presentations to homeowners via phone or video
• Educate prospects on home energy upgrades including HVAC, insulation, air sealing, and home energy audits
• Qualify leads, explain rebate eligibility, and recommend customized energy-saving solutions
• Prepare and present proposals using company tools and software
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Collaborate with customer service and project teams to ensure smooth transitions and happy clients
• Stay informed about state incentives, rebate programs, and energy-saving technologies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in phone-based or remote sales preferred (home improvement, HVAC, energy, or solar is a plus)
• Clear, confident communication skills and professional phone/video presence
