About Knowledge Bridge Consulting (KBC):

Knowledge Bridge Consulting empowers youth and underserved communities through innovative healthcare technology and strategic solutions. We are seeking a mission-driven, results-oriented Strategic Partnerships & Sales Associate to help us grow high-impact collaborations and drive sales efforts that support our work at the intersection of health equity, education, and technology.

Role Overview:

As a part-time Strategic Partnerships & Sales Associate, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to build strategic relationships, generate leads, and drive sustainable growth. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, remote work environment and is passionate about using business development as a tool for social impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential partners across healthcare, technology, education, juvenile justice, and aligned sectors.
  • Drive Sales Opportunities: Conduct outreach, schedule and lead meetings, and help convert high-potential leads into lasting partnerships and sales.
  • Conduct Market Research & Lead Generation: Monitor trends and emerging opportunities, research prospective partners, and build a robust pipeline aligned with KBC’s mission and offerings.
  • Present Tailored Solutions: Deliver clear, compelling presentations that align KBC’s services with the goals and challenges of potential partners.
  • Collaborate on Strategy: Support the leadership team in refining partnership and sales strategies, analyzing performance, and sharing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales, strategic partnerships, or business development—ideally within healthcare, education, technology, or juvenile justice.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills for remote collaboration
  • Familiarity with human behavior or psychology is a plus
Work Environment:
  • Fully remote position, requiring availability for collaborative sessions
  • Team-oriented culture with shared tools (e.g., screen sharing, CRM, call logs) to promote transparency and success
