What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and virtual as well as in-person training to clients
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage
- Meet virtually with families to protect them through various life and health products
- Design policies to fit clients' needs and budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Proactive in problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
