    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    - Conduct appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living
    - Provide one-on-one mentorship to new agents and facilitate virtual and in-person training
    - Meet virtually with families to help them secure various life and health products
    - Design insurance policies tailored to clients' needs and budgets
    - Build and manage your own team, fostering a collaborative work environment

    What is Required (Qualifications):
    - Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Strong communication skills
