What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Run appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage
- Meet virtually with families to provide protection through various life and health products
- Design policies tailored to fit clients' needs
- Mentor and assist new agents in their development and success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Proactive in problem-solving
